All i see when i log in here are Eskimos fans and Hamilstink fans throwing cheap shots at the bombers you are obviously jealous.

I didn’t realize oilerrocker was the ambassador for the Eskimos fanbase. More of that “we don’t get any respect” crap I suppose.

Nor do I want to be the Eskimos ambassador just a fan, My comments were only a response to the comments I received while at Cannad Inn stadium,they were all made in jest I didn’t take them to serious nor should any of mine. none of the comments I heard at the game were of Violent in any way so I was fine with it . Just remember Bomber fans that when your team is on top people will always ridicule you for something ( city of Champions) the Eskimo fans had to endure it for the 5+ years in the 70’s and the 5+ years in the 80’s

If they want to call themselves “Swaggerville” and put it on T-shirts and on signs and have their players say it to the camera, let them. It’s all part of the game. And if others want to make reference to it and make fun of it and say it’s silly, that’s within their right, too. If you choose the action, you choose the consequences.

If they want to talk down to the fans of the teams they beat, I suppose that’s their right (as long as they don’t get too offensive.) I only wish I had felt that way last year when the Cats were beating up on the Bombers. I’ll have to remember to be more merciless when this strange planetary alignment ends and Hamilton resumes kicking Bomber butt.

But I suppose Bomber fans have a right to “swagger”: they haven’t lost a playoff game in two years.

not exactly a butt kicking, but yes you did beat us… Most of the ticat fan anger i have learned stems from them actually believing their own hype, as they were supposed to be “the team to unseat MTL in the east”.

BTW winnipeg has been in the cup twice since the cats have won it.

I'll grant that Odell Willis can call himself the Mayor of Swaggerville. I actually think its great that teams are hyping themselves. Its all part of PR and Marketing successfully. And its in good fun.

But saying that, I also think that Butler should be Mayor of Shut-UpVille, maybe with Freeman as "CEO"
