Steve Oneschuk

Ticat fans who remember the great teams of the late 1950s and early '60s, or who happen like wood carving, may be interested in a small exhibit of Steve Oneschuk's work at the St Catharines Museum. It's remarkable. The late Mr Oneschuk was the team's leading scorer during the 1957 season, and team captain as they won the Grey Cup that year.

Steve Oneschuk played for the Tiger Cats when I started going, and I remember him well. Thanks for sharing this link. I will pass it on to my father, who just turned 90, and will remember him also.

8) I remember him well. He was the vice-principle of Hill Park High School during my years there !!! He was a key player with the TiCats as well as being an all round great athlete !!!
