I’m a Hamilton fan, but it was a good game and I saw enough to make feel that the Cats will do just fine this season. It was a close game that either team could have won. I was very happy to see how well Mitchell played - he looked good!

Bridges looks good in his first CFL game, a triple-threat receiver for the Cats who will empower the Cats for more yards gained, and yes more touchdowns!

Lots of drops but it was game 1. IMO both teams looked pretty good. I wonder if Paredes was kicking chipped footballs. He was 6 for 6 so likely not. It was good to see Bo being a reasonable facsimile of the old Bo. That’s gotta be the biggest think the TiCats can take out of this.

Didn’t expect to see the high level of play from Bo-Levi. He looked fit 'n trim, unlike his CFL brother, Plumper Collaros the nite b4.

Plumper was a mess but Bo stuck to the gameplan and made a ton of nice throws, also a good batting average re; completions.

Jakey was just that much better plus an amazingly good performance by the CFL’s best place-kicker over last 6 or 7 years, Rene Parades.

Don’t know if Milanovich is the answer as head coach in Hammy. He looks a bit too sullen and morose on sidelines. Not a lot of fire. Bo is going to make one helluva coach in 2 or 3 yrs.
