This is good for the Stamps

I was waiting for Dickenson to sign a good 50/50 receiver to help out Begelton and Adams. I am sure Rhymes and Adams can re-create a great relationship together. I am feeing good about the Stamps rebuild and the potential they will have for 2025

Ryhmes pretty much out of options is what this is.

This doesn’t excite me at all. I sure hope we have a new unknown talent coming to training camp

But the key word there is “unknown”. With Rhymes, you’ve got instant familiarity with VA, which will buy the Stamps time until VA can get used to the other receivers, old and/or new.

I don’t see how this is bad for the stamps

Not a big Rhymes fan but he has got 3 1,000 yd seasons the past 5 years & on pace twice more when he missed games. He’s a big target & should fit in nicely with Begelton.

To be honest, my guess is the Stamps were looking for bigger fish but IMO they got a guy who can be a VG second guy & take some pressure off Begelton.
