Granted, the Cats record this season and lacklustre play at various times, is disconcerting, discouraging and absolutely frustrating.
That being said, the Calgary Stampeders won the Grey Cup with an identical 8-10 record in 2001 and defeated the heavily favored Winnipeg Blue Bombers who had a league best 14-4 record.
All I'm sayin' is anything is possible...
