Well what’s everyone’s opinion.
I think BC should win but not as easily as some think.
About the same as Winnipegs. One in three?
Less than 10 percent is my thoughts. Cowtown just has too many hurts.
VA most just caves under the pressure too???
Or, I could be totally wrong and the Stamps will dominate start to finish.
It’ll be interesting to see what wrinkles the coaches come up with during the game. A nail biter will be more interesting so hoping for that and a BC victory. If either team gets a lot of injuries early then it might be a long night.
Will anyone stop BC?
team of Green
I think Calgary has a better chance than you believe.
The game is indoors so any elements will be eliminated, Calgary can easily run the ball and throw it. And they’ve got a really good defense and it wouldn’t take much to get Rourke off his game if you’re able to get decent pressure.
Honestly if they did win I wouldn’t be that surprised.
Hate to agree but I’m struggling to have faith with BC after they struggled with the Regina Rams last week
I give the advantage to BC but not by much. They didn’t impress me against the Riders, though some teams just match up strengths to weaknesses better. Calgary looked solid first half of the season while Bc struggled then it switched the second half where bc looked solid and Calgary struggled. Gotta give the advantage to the home team that finished the season stronger. 60/40 BC/calgary and personally pulling for BC.
Well to be honest it was not a must win for BC. The West final, there will be motivation for that team.
No, you just have to blitz the crap out and get to rourke , sack him a few times and he’ll panick, get happy feet.
If only it was that easy.
Dammit the Jays Re in the 16th inning.
A home playoff game has to be the second most important reason to win a game. Must? Maybe not but it sure beats traveling to Calgary.
lions were playing just to win and not get hurt. they knew riders were going to make it tough. the fact both teams seemed to come away from that game without any injuries was a victory for both right now.
I think the Stamps have a chance and it all hinges on Vernon Adams Jr. If he’s on he’s pretty darn good but when he’s off he can ruin a teams chances by himself. The two teams have 1000 yd running backs so that’s a wash, the Lions have a better receiving core but the Stamps isn’t chopped liver either. Both these QB’s have scrambling ability which both defences will be wary of for sure. Another thing to watch is if Adams takes some big hits, he has come up lame before especially if things aren’t going his way, a very emotional QB and not in a good way sometimes.
If the Stamps can reassert their DL to what it was earlier in the year and if they can establish a dominating run game then this is a tossup. VA is a bit of a wild card. He has had some moments but like a few others, not very consistent.
Yup, and if a frogs had wings they would not wump their ass on landing.
dont be so dismissive so easily.. this isn’t something that is rare you know.
Didn’t they put up about 400 yard running the past couple or three games? If they get that going again then they can wear the BC defense down by Q4 and ice Rourke eventually.
