CALGARY — The Calgary Stampeders have signed linebacker Derrick Moncrief, the team announced on Tuesday.

Well. Someone has to play linebacker! This move is “ok” but I would have been more excited about it a few years back

I hope this signing goes well but given Moncrief is 31 and last 2 years only played 14 games gives me some reason to worry. As players get older injuries happen more often. Losing Judge and now Awe leaves the Stamps in serious problems at the LB position.
