Sorry to all the Cats fans!

Really sorry that the city is fixated on only one site. It seems like Bob Young is willing to discuss a lot of locations, and willing to pony up money towards a stadium, but the counselors are adamant on a stadium location he just does not believe in. Seems like a great owner, and that he wants to pump money into the city, but you can't blame him for not wanting to put his team somewhere he does not think will work.

I hope things work out, but it does appear that these will be the Ottawa Tigercats in 2013. sorry to hear that.

Sigh....never have I felt so much frustration, these clowns are totally clueless.... they really have NO idea what they have done!!!

yeah...Hamilton has a great fan base. Lets say they get uprooted...to well...anywhere, then 3 years later a team does resurface in Hamilton...it is not the same. it will never be the storied franchise that is there now. just a shame that this could happen. They have the fan support, which makes it that much harder.

It would be like if Calgary moved to Ottawa should they ever try to replace their horrific stadium and not be able to come to terms. It turns a profit, but would still be gone. Yeah, sure, there would be another team to surface there in a few years, but it wouldn't be the same, and that strong fan base...what percentage returns? Will some boycott out of spite?

.

Agree, sorry Hamilton. You must have the stuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuupidest city council in the history of the country. Well, at least you have a smart mayor.... more than we can say in Toronto...

Let's hope the team doesn't move too far away. Personally, I'm pulling for Mississauga. Mississauga Tiger-Cats.

I've said it before and i'll say it again.IF the Cats leave Hamilton (reasonable distances are no biggie), I will from there on out be a Bomber fan. Here's to city council following in this legendary character's footsteps.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8RjXY_-PUbo

Interesting timing here. Maybe Moncton or Halifax could be the new home of the TigerCats:

Could the CFL Nation help out and put some presure on Hamilton City Coucil and drop them a message ! Thanks
