Six players selected to participate in Player Mentorship Program

TORONTO — Six players have been selected as the first cohort in the Canadian Football League (CFL) Player Mentorship Program. The joint initiative between the CFL and the Players’ Association will provide current players and alumni with exposure to the business side of league operations.

Good to see the League and Players agreed on something positive. Hopefully a sign for better things ahead between the two. Well done!

Nice idea but 6 boys out of 600 or so CFL affiliated players appears a tad low.
Suspect its a test run!

Great idea as I'm sure the rookies will benefit from this program and have a better grasp of their chosen field and their future during and after football. It is bound to foster a closer and better league.
