I guess no Riders got fined this week because they didn’t hit anybody last week.

Awe seems to be be a major source of revenue for the CFL.

There’s a reason why Awe has played for more than half the teams in the league in his career .

Loads of talent, brains, not so much.

Yup . Million dollar body with a ten cent brain . Basically if Jethro Bodine was a football player he would be Micah Awe .

His coach and GM didn’t name him by name but he was clearly not happy with the penalties taken down the stretch in last weeks game. Or the reasons guys took those penalties.

Hey, Jethro was a nice guy! Micah? Again not so much.

So did anyone get fined after the Labour day weekend games?

No fines, but SK DE Pete Robertson was suspended 1 game.
Not sure how he avoided a fine.

Third fine this season for Awe – all high hits on QBs (Weeks 6, 7, & 14).
He’s either content with a dirty reputation, or he’s a dumbass unable to change (maybe both).

My vote would go to ‘maybe both’ .

I think it’s either one or the other? He loses a game cheque so adding a fine is piling on, so to speak (not that a lot of us would have a problem with that, but the CFLPA might).

how not surprising the dirtiest player in the league is fined yet again.

So AJ Ouellette will have to be hammered by the TiCats in their next encounter.
