What team would need him the most ?

I know it’s a little early for this question. I think maybe Montreal or A backup for Winnipeg.

He's only 32 yo so he's going to have a hard decision to make. If he was a couple of years older I'd think he'd take his pride & sail off into the sunset. A back-up role won't sit well with him anywhere I think. His recent performance might make a starters role hard to find. Tough call. Didn't answer your question though, did I?

bigger question is, would Bo sign as a backup? His ego is pretty large. Perhaps USFL, XFL maybe?

Calling play-by-play is extensive. Look how long it took for Troy Aikman to become good. There was lot of dead air in his first 2 years broadcasting

Good points there on him in the booth. As a career bartender, I’ve seen many who can make great drinks, but don’t have the gift of the gab. You can’t teach that.

Any team with young QB's they want to develop.

I kinda saw this as part of the move to Maier. Might be like taking the C off Wheelers jersey.
A way to light a fire under Bo's butt and to see what they really have in Maier.
