Sept. 5th.....

I predict:

a) the game will begin shortly after 1 p.m.,
b) the score will not be the same at the end of the game as it is at the beginning,
c) there will be more cops parked in front of sections M, N and O than anywhere else in the stadium,
d) that it’ll be the best Labour Day Classic of the three that weekend.

Why sections M, N and O?

...... .......'cause that's where the busloads of EE fans sit.........don't ask me why but usually there is one cop for every couple of sections.....in the LDC they park about 15 boys in blue below this section of the field.......every streaker for the past 5 years has began his doomed run from this these sections......

Red & White....Are you wandering into those sections to cause trouble?

Eskie fans are fun it is the Bomber fans that like jail cells.

I agree with all your predictions and add one All the fans from other teams will wish they had games like that and the rematch on friday to watch.

........right on huby........

So true.

We have Toronto and Montreal coming here in the next couple of weeks and I couldn’t care less - I want to watch some Esk-Stamp games, dammit!

lol, well, I'm actually looking forward to those games but I can't wait for Labour Day. Are any of you guys heading down to calgary to watch? I'm going with my dad, brother in law and a couple friends.... It's going to be awesome. It'll be my first game in Calgary and what could be better than the Labour Day Classic. haha!! cya there.

.......EEsks, by making this trip you now join the ranks of the elite corp of EE fans that have braved venturing deep into enemy territory, willing to risk pride and glory for everything.......will you return home in boisterous joy as busloads of window-framed butts flash through Red Deer or will the ride home be melancholy, you won't know? I leave you with this, a speech freely given by Dwight D Eisenhower, a closet EE fan, as the yellow school buses depart down Calgary Trail:

Beer-Drinkers, Brat-Eaters and Busmen of the Edmonton Eskimo Expeditionary Force! You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the CFL are upon you. The hopes and prayers of Green&Gold-loving people everywhere march with you. In company with our brave Rider Fans and brothers-in-arms in other Stadiums, you will bring about the destruction of the Stampeder Scoring machine, the elimination of Red and White tyranny over the oppressed peoples of Southern Alberta, and security for ourselves in the Playoffs. Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely. But this is the year 2005! Much has happened since the Stampeder triumphs of 1990-2000. The Federik years have inflicted upon the Stampeders great defeats, in open battle, man-to-man. Our GM offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to run the ball on the ground. Our Home Fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in face-paint and banners of war, and placed at our disposal great reserves of Gatorade. The tide has turned! The free men of the Whitemud Highway are marching together to Victory! I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory! Good Luck! and Let us all beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking

......so come and get us!!!............
