All the game dates have shown up in the All Access app, but it’s only showing tickets for the preseason game. No option to save. No barcodes available. And no tickets at all for any regular season games.
Another quirk… for about an hour earlier today, the Tickets tab wasn’t even on the app. It has since returned, but no change with my ticket status.
Just checked again. Now I have no tickets. Hope this is due to system updates.
UPDATE: According to Ticketmaster’s website, there just aren’t any football games in the next two weeks. So I’m assuming they have to be put into the TM system and it’ll happen pretty soon.
I had the exact same issue trying to go through All Access. I wound up going through Account Manager (MyTix) and getting the tickets downloaded that way. You should have gotten an email from the team about this. If not contact a ticket rep. Good luck and enjoy the season.
just use your phones “wallet” feature.
once the tickets are in your wallet you no longer need wifi access.

I did both. No tickets at all. This is wild, because up to Thursday, I at least had some tickets. Guess I’m calling my rep.
My tickets showed up this week. Yesterday…was going to move them into my phone wallet…and they were gone. Something is up with either ticketmaster or ticat system…so frustrating
I just checked and mine are there. Maybe restart your phone? (That’s the extent of my technical know-how)

Yeah I’ve started doing that. But in all honesty I’ve never had an issue getting into the app and calling them up instantly.
I just checked my tickets using the Allaccess app. Once you select the tickets tab and it displays the list of games, it doesn’t have the small ticket symbol on each game until you select that game and the tickets show up. Then you can leave as is and use the barcode or add to your wallet. A couple of times when the games was selected, a blank screen showed up. X out then try to select again and the tickets are there. I had added the pre season game to my wallet earlier with no issue. Just went through the process for the rest of the games. Other than the odd blank screen and retrying immediately….no other issues.

Mine are not available anymore either. sent an email to customer service but havent heard back yet.
Mine came back on today. Had left a message with my rep on weekend, and he called this morning saying they were back on.
What a pain in the ass.
Anybody miss the days of going down to the stadium to pick up our printed ticket package? Then we would walk around on the field, buy a hot dog, and shoot the shit with a few players.
I better stop reminiscing. I’m getting too nostalgic.

We still get printed tickets for the season…just costs a few bucks…none of these electronic worries that others are posting…no reminiscing required…still living my nostalgia I guess🤔

Tickets are all loaded now. Still can’t attempt to sell them. Wouldnt be shocked if thats done by design.
are you trying to sell preseason tix? or regular season?
Google wallet is super easy and works effortlessly going in the gate. Even for old farts.
