Is there anyway they could slap more advertising on the Ice? I will now do my best to not buy Scott Paper products after seeing this.
Unfortunately, they have to pay the increasing prize money / player compensation somehow.

Not a big Curling fan, but when I watch, I do not notice ads.
just to have a horse in the race, I am cheering for Lawes, Jones, and BC. If not one of them, then some underdog.

Same as the NHL. I support women’s curling so I buy Scott products as a result. Being from Manitoba it is easier to support having perennial winners such as Jones, Lawes and Einarson. Even Fleury is now Homan’s 3rd. Great extra end game between Lawes and Einarson last night.

Still not as bad as NHL hockey games where they put those digital ads on the glass at each end. Or the digital ads on the football field.

I-M-O you are working hard to find an issue … I watch at least some of all the curling events and honestly the ads on the ice and the uniforms are just “there” … but not a distraction of any sort.
