The Riders got 8 sacks. 3 Picks. I think KJ played a great game. A few of his passes were kinda not so great, but the man knows when he needs to run, and knows how to get away from tackles.
Following Sambo’s logic, the fieldgoal simply has to go as clearly, if you can’t punch the ball in for a touchdown, why do you deserve points…failure is failure…a single point is a reward for moving the ball, not a reward for failure…the glass is half full, not half empty…
And for green 'n grey, rouges count on kick-offs as well as punts…you just can’t kick it through the endzone…
What failure did the team not get them down into scroing range big deal you get one instead of three this is what makes it different to the NFL style of football. Next thing my good friedn Sambo you will want the fair catch I got to go to the bathroom rule.
Hey , I didnt say the field goal had to go , just that if the kicker can’t put the ball between the uprights, and ball sailed through the end zone, was there a chance for a return? NO. So how does the offence deserve that one point? Even a punt single is a mistake by the kicker, the desired result is pinning a team deep in its own zone. We can argue this all day, Arius, but we will have to agree to disagree on this point. The CFL will still be the CFL with or without the single point, so the argument that its more NFL style doesnt hold any water, IMO.
Yeah, his running ability became more evident as the game went on. He was getting himself out of some tight situations. I’ll definitely have to watch Saskatchewan more closely.
