Probably not.

Surely there is a social arguement to be made.

There is? What's the argument? Frankly, I think that's very snobbish. I've grown up around Ivor Wynne and work in that neighbourhood. It's fine.

hmmmm, this a little bit further down the street, but not your everyday sports bar with licences getting pulled and police hired to man the doors. More people getting shot too. I'm thinking that a large capital investment for a new stadium for this area is getting less likely all of the time.
