You have to be a big name OC to make 1 million a year in the NFL. there are a lot of OC’s in the NFL that make between 350,000 and 600,000

What is the deal with Bryan Chiu moving to Ottawa to the same position as he had in Toronto? Was Chiu going to be fired/demoted, or was he told/figured out that Milanovich might not be back in 2015?
