TORONTO — Indiana University quarterback Kurtis Rourke holds the No. 1 ranking in the Winter edition of the Canadian Football League (CFL) Scouting Bureau. The Oakville, Ont., native leads all prospects eligible to be selected in the upcoming CFL Draft.

Kutis Rouke might be number one in the rankings but I will not expect him to go to the CFL. I expect that he will be drafted by an NFL team and he will surely try the NFL route.

Definitely. It’s always risky drafting a guy who is already or will be drafted by an NFL team unless they hang around and you can get them with a late pick.

Kurtis Rourke was drafted by the Roughriders but I have doubts about him playing for them. He undoubtedly will sign and try out with the 49’ers.
