REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive lineman Malik Carney to a contract extension, the team announced on Monday. He was set to become a free agent on February 11.

This is the first American signing after QBs. Hope rider will step up on defense signing in the coming weeks. OL is an interesting area for Rider signings, I expect. Toronto got Judge - a much valuable resource.
