The last time a Lions game sold out the breakdown of the turnout was:

20,000 thought it was a peace demonstration but did not figure out it wasn't till the 4th quarter

15,000 were new Asian immigrants who thought BC Place Stadium was the Canadian passport building.

10,000 were athletes for the Gay Games who got their venues mixed up.

8,000. were Rolling Stones fans who got their dates mixed up for the make-up Rolling Stones concert which was cancelled due to Mick Jagger losing his voice in Regina cheering for the Riders!!!!!!!!

The rest were BC Lions fans and Rider fans (about 50/50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guess what, I was one of those 3 BC fans in Regina. I just ended up there after smoking one too many.
2004 was an awesome fan experiance, ranked right up there with the classic Winnipeg/BC west final in 1985. Riders are bringing it all to the table and it will not be a big margin of victory either way.
Questions:
Can the Riders bring the pressure on BC QB's
or will the Lions improved but still maligned O Lions be up for the challenge.
Will Keith or Simon have a bigger day?
Kicking and return Game?
Can Joseph have another strong outing and keep pace with the Dave and Buck Show?
Does the Lions improved pass rush get into the Kerry's face setting up DB's for some turnovers.
All that being said the last one is the most interesting. We know the Riders are going to bring it but BC QB's do not make a habit of throwing up the ball, they tend to take sacks. Will Joseph show that kind of patience? We will see.

Well this year we saw the Eskie playoff streak end! One streak that will not end is the Riders losing curse! May they lose again Lions keep their curse going! :lol: :lol:

I think the winner will be the team who's defense rises up. BC needs to shut down Kenton Keith, and Saskatchewan needs to put constant pressure on the Lion Quarterbacks and force them to hurry their throws.
I hope you’re wrong RW05. But speaking of curses, what really worries me is Gainer. Apparently they ARE taking him to BC to perform on the sidelines. I’ve been a part-time believer in the “Gainer Curse” for years. He came into existence in 1977. 1976 was the last time the Riders finished first. From 1977 the great depression started, with some pretty horrible years of loosing. I as actually happy they didn’t take him to Calgary - and look at the result!
See, we have class, we'll let Gainer on the field and have some fun when Leo the Lion jumps on him!! 
I hope the game is not a blowout, I don't enjoy watching blowouts, they're boring to me. I like the games close, where it can go either way up to the last second...those make for exciting games!

the only trash talk i can think of at the moment is....the damn TIMEKEEPER!!! :roll: BC ALWAYS has a problem with keeping the correct time during the football game 
they run it when they r not suppose to and stop it at the convenience of the BC LIONS :thdn: I hope that League watches this problem they have there 
Already making excuses. For your info, there is an official timekeeper and that is how the time is kept. Not what is shown on TV or on the scoreboard. Can't believe everything the announcers on CBC say.

I made the move Prairie Land so I can make a fair comparison and I have no plans to move back to the Wet Coast. Last time I visited I was there a week and didn't see the mountains once for the smog. Green Acres is the place for me!
The clock runs for just about anything in the CFL outside the 3 minute warning... then it stops for pretty much everything... Timekeeping is consistent for any team.
