REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced on Tuesday they have added two Regina Thunder players — offensive lineman Caleb Barajas and linebacker Kenten Effa — to the practice roster. As junior-eligible players, they will remain with the PFC’s Thunder while practicing with the Roughriders.
