Riders add speedy DB Stephen Denmark

REGINA β€” The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed American defensive back Stephen Demark.

Denmark (six-foot-three, 220 pounds) was selected by the Chicago Bears in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He spent 2019 and a portion of 2020 on the practice roster, before moving on to the Cleveland Browns. The 25-year-old also spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers.

Hope some of the new blood sticks around because they are good and not because there is no other choice

Jim Germany, Ricky Canada and Jake Ireland approve his entry into the UN of football leagues, the CFL. LOL!

Any one need that post explained?

There was also Tom Canada and Clarence Denmark, both of the Bombers.

Also many cities. Sherrod Baltimore, Kent Austin and too many Washingtons to mention.

It was Tom Canada? I thought his name was Ricky Canada. My bad

I believe that back in the 80s there was also a player in the USFL named Larry Canada, with the Denver Gold I think.
