The Ottawa Renegades have added a large Oak Leaf to their negotiation list according to the Ottawa Sun.

''We're looking for any valid object we can find," Forrest Gregg, the club's VP of football operations, said to the paper. ''I don't have any idea whether this Leaf wants to play ball and I don't know if he'd be interested in playing here. But it doesn't take much to find out.''

The Oak Leaf, who is currently attached to a branch 30 feet off the ground in Pawtucket RI, has career totals of 0 touchdowns and 0 interceptions with a career passing percentage of 0.00

The Renegades also put a two-person Couch on their negotiation list last weekend. The aforementioned Couch was selected first overall by the Cleveland Browns in the 1999 NFL draft, much to the bewildered amusement of the other 29 NFL teams present at the draft.

After Dexter Manley, nothing would surprise me.

WTF!

......comedy KK, comedy........

When are the Gades moving to Windsor/Detroit or Quebec City?

Not bad, not bad at all.

I like how you took the quote and left it almost exactly as I remember first reading it.

I think the "players" in your version have just as much chance of playing in Ottawa as the version in the news.

Let me see, NEVER!

Great, all we need is more "LEAF" infiltration in our city. I'm gonna barf.
