OTTAWA — Original Ottawa REDBLACK Antoine Pruneau is calling it a career. The veteran defensive back has announced his retirement after a decorated eight-year CFL career.

I wanted BC to draft Pruneau but they traded our pick for QB kevin glenn. I was choked. A great player Pruneau turned out to be.

All the very best to Antoine Pruneau and his stellar 8 year career with the Ottawa Redblacks. I always considered him the best player on the original Ottawa Redblacks roster. Another fantastic French football player from the province of Quebec !
