OTTAWA — The Ottawa REDBLACKS have unveiled their coaching staff in preparation for the 2022 CFL season, the team announced on Thursday.
Where is their Offensive Coordinator, or is Lapolice doing that but not getting the title credit?
The Ottawa Redblacks made a dreadful decision in keeping head coach Paul Lapo. He should have been fired immediately after the 2021 season. Just like they do in the NFL. 
P.S. One of the main problems with the CFL is the revolving coaches given a second chance time after time. He was a useless coach with the Bombers as well 
The biggest thing here is the salary cap for coaches. Coaches have to take on 2-3 roles to be under the cap and to be able to have enough admin people in place.
