No looking good to get people out this weekend rain in the forecast for Friday and Saturday , Sunday yes clear but a little too late
one thing they can't sell tickets know the weather will not cooperate. they better move the festivities inside.
Rain or shine, this cowboy is going to be downtown Friday and Saturday for all the fan-fest and parade activities! Then home on Sunday to host a bunch of folks coming to my place on Vancouver Island. Totally pumped! 
We west coasters are not bothered by a few raindrops, 2011 cup it poured all Saturday but the Sunday was awesome, I was hoping the would have opened the roof.
