Good on Quebec to get a league like this, the Quebec JUNIOR Football League to be more precise though. 
According to their website, the league has been around in some form since 1908. That’s older than the Grey Cup!
Oh man, let’s hope again they give another serious run with this sort of momentum at another CFL team in Quebec City.
All the same I would not doubt they are trying to land one of the ailing NHL teams to come back where any one of those six or seven doing awful pointed out in this separate hockey post:
