I'm pretty sure all of them had QBs present.

Just off the top of my head I can think of only two at the moment .
Bo Levi with Calgary in 2014 and 2018
Zach Collaros with Winnipeg in 2019 and 2021
Harris with Ottawa, Reilly with EE
wrong and wrong on both counts if I'm reading your initial post correctly . You stated present QB's , as in still in the league and active .
So no to Harris , who was the back-up to Burris in Ottawa in 2016 . Harris has never started and won a Cup in his career . He was though the starter in Ottawa in 2018 when they lost the Cup .
Also no to Reilly who won his Grey Cup with Edmonton in 2015 BUT is no longer in the league and active since he retired after the 2021 season .

No worries alas none of us are getting any younger unfortunately.
Sometimes I wish that life was like a tape recorder complete with a rewind and pause button .
