Most of these guys are last years players!

There was 14 players that were re-signed from last year and 13 players that were picked up from Free Agency. 13 new acquisitions isn't anything to complain about, I'm sure there are many CFL teams that didn't get that many.

Jeremy you are wrong on this one Calgary has already got about 24 new players signed for training camp. Winnipeg has around 20 to 22 I have not checked their site lately. Edmonton has 19 and that could have went up in the past few days.

It looks as though Saskatchewan kept most of last year's squad intact.

Nothing wrong with that - I know I make fun of them all the time, but they will field a good team.

Finally somebody that cheers for another team. But actually knows what he is talking about.

Edmonton has signed at least that many. Thing is that every team in the league should be able to put a list like that right now. What we don't know is how many of these guys will compete in camp or just be warm bodies to fill out a training camp roster. And yes pretty much every one of them will have a decent football pedigree. There are so many players out there that have played at a high level.

The trick is to beat the bushes and find a Rick Ray or Kenton Kieth who has been overlooked or maybe needs a second chance. Roy Shivers has a pretty good eye for talent so I'm sure the Riders camp will be competitive at the very least.

Cheers

I know the Riders didn't sign a lot of new guys, but the guys that we did sign are all good football players, a lot of them were free agents that have been in the CFL for a few years and have made a mark. Of course there are the rookies to the CFL but I think Shivers can scout out talent better than many of the other CFL teams can.

Ya he is good at getting the cast offs from other teams rosters ha ha ha ha

Isn't it strange how Calgary picks up a castoff from OUR roster (Henry Burris).

Yes, and we paid dearly for him. While Regina cries!

I don't see anyone crying over here, but I'm sure there will be some tears shed when you finish no better this year than you did last year.

Ya in your dreams!

good comeback

You asked me to come back why?

He was just being polite.

You can come back if you buy tickets to 2 other Rider home games.

Mx

ha ha ha and fall a sleep no thanks!

Why because Calgary will be getting there asses handed to them?

No donkeys in Calgary only the ones in green and white.
