Printers Hurt Again!!! is he "soft"

Every time he plays he gets Hurt  is he injury prone??? Could it be his throwing motion ?? and he runs kind of wierd.IMHO Ticats should trade him for a good CIS olineman, while he still has some value :cowboy:

He gets hurt because:

a) He has no offensive linemen worth the name
b) He has no receivers that are go to guys
c) The offensive play calling is atrocious, due to the stumblebums we call a coaching staff

Aside from that he was probably injured when we got him from Kansas City, and has never had the chance to fully recover from that.

Did you want him to go out and play "hurt" and "really get creamed"?

I agree with all of your points but none of them are related to his injuries.
He pulled a muscle which has led to another pulled muscle.....bad luck --- he should be fine.

ENOUGH already with this crap. First it was Lumsden now Printers.

re cflifer-you made my point, cheers

(Massdestruction) re cflifer-you made my point, cheers
Your panic is premature. Anyone can pull a muscle. Tommyboy1 is quite correct in saying "bad luck." Printers is a good QB and will eventually prove himself. If you are intent on bitching, there are several other areas in and around the team you might pick on.

I think they —Massdestruction and cflifer–are in agreement with you…I think you misread their posts…
Printers in our future

We need sarcasm tags.

You know who is injury-prone? Golden boy Jesse Lumsden, even going back to his days at Mac.

His durability is cause for concern.

BINGO!!!

Football players get hurt. It is a physical game.
They get hurt...they rehab...they come back.
Anyone can get hurt on any play. The main thing is if they recover.
RE: Jesse and Casey---not their knees, not their heads.....therefore...not a concern at this point.

I don't think he's soft, but he is injury prone. I believe he was injured after his MVP season before he bolted for the Chiefs. He will be in and out all of next year.

Some QB's take pounding that lead to injuries others get injured on their own accord. Printers is the latter I think. That is why Chang and Williams will need serious reps this year and in training camp. If Marcel trades either back-up he's mental.

We are looking at a 2008 season, when CP and Jesse can be understood to be "in form" for football, and the various and manifold deficiencies of the 2007 version are addressed to whatever extent...

We need one or two guys on the OLine, a new Defensive backfield, Mike Philbrick re-incarnated, Baumann tasked as a slotback instead of a wide out, another deep threat to take the heat off of Armstead, a "clutch" guy with guts that can be the "go-to" sort like Darren Flutie was for Danny Mac...

Did I mention you can fire the whole coaching staff?

Lifter

and hire Lifter as GM....!!

Now that I've tipped Marcel off on what he needs to do, Bob Young couldn't afford me!

Printers was probably not 100% when he arrived here. Kinda deja veau, like, that other guy, Maas. Printers has shown he is capable in the CFL and should be ready to go next year. The season was lost by the time he got here.

Maybe the coach is working these guys too hard in practice.

Printers was hurt when they signed him.

I think the difference is that jesse has been hurt every season since college its not wrong to compare him to a piece of glass or even consider a trade while his value is high. printers came hurt but if his trend continued one could suggest the samething

I don't think you trade Jesse. i do think he becomes the situational back with how well Caulley is playing. Jesse still has big play ability I'm just not sure he can stand up to an 18 game schedule.

everybody is soft ,so lets trade the whole team!No I am just kidding I do beleive people are human and humans make mistakes!
