Looks like Iām on an island by myself again picking the Stamps to end Torontoās streak when they play in Calgary.
Calgary knows the Toronto offense and that gives them a leg up. Also they are getting better over time so in a couple of weeks, Iām expecting more from Calgary at home.
This team could be historically good this year, but Toronto is cursed any time they play in Calgary or BC.
I love the Boatmen, but I can see them being 6-0 when they hear into Calgary and then losing that one to a team who knows their playbook inside and out.
They won round one vs the mighty Riders out of the big, bad West.
/This would be the perfect place for that iconic photo of the Argo cheerleader posing with the female Saskatchewan fan in the watermelon bra, but that classic picture appears to have been scrubbed from the internet.
How is that ONLY Cowtown knows their play book inside out⦠EVERY team has film on the Argos. And neesxfkash the Stsmps aināt all that good this year. Granted better than the Elk and the riders but good enough to best the Argos is very doubtful ā¦but shite does happen that is strange
Yeah Calgary is in the same boat as many other teams and should be fighting with Sask for the right to lose the Western semi final on the road. There is a very real chance they will miss the playoffs this year for the first time in I donāt know how long. They are probably lucky to be 2-4 (and I would say Sask is lucky to have 3 wins as well).
Although we all know any team can win any single game and Toronto should lose eventually, I see no reason to think Calgary has any special mojo and will triumph. Iāll take Toronto in the pool with a 100% confidence rating.
