Shaw CFL Top Performers of the Week have been announced.

Great job, Drew Willy. 68% completions and two TDs. Our guy only had 78% and three TDs.

Someday soon we may see the first Ticat recognized with such an honour. It just might dawn on the judges that we are sitting in first place in the East, with the most points scored, the best special teams, and one of the most fearsome defences.

Or maybe it will be like 2013, when we somehow made it to the Grey Cup despite not having a single all-star caliber player on our roster.

I'm ok with not getting the weekly awards as long as everyone contributes and the wins pile up. It doesn't allow opposing D's to key on any one player!

Even when we win the Grey Cup it's going to be all about how the other team lost the game rather than what we did to win.
