Player Grades Powered by PFF: Who finished 2023 at the top?

Okay, can someone please explain how these PFF things work? They seem completely backwards some weeks boosting running backs with 30 yards over one who has 130 yards. And how on earth does Dedrick Mills get top spot as a running back? This PFF seems like a poor translation of a system used in the NFL but doesn’t seem to be working here in the CFL.
