Well they are somewhat correct. Buck is proving these Bomber fans, who figured he had all of a sudden became Superman when he put on that puke yellow jersey, wrong.
I like Buck a lot. Good character guy, great QB when healthy. But ‘when healthy’ has always been the hitch. I don’t blame Bomber fans at all for being excited by his play, and for hoping for the best when it comes to his health. But pretending that he doesn’t have major question marks surrounding his durability is just burying your head in the sand. Two games was not enough of a sample for anyone to prove anyone wrong either way, incidentally. Like I said earlier, let’s see how things shake out at season’s end before we deliver a verdict.
if buck was as injured as some people are assuming he was, he wouldnt have spent the rest of the games on the sidelines.. if he was that hurt, he would have been in the dressing rooom getting checked out. funny how, a qb maybe bruises his knee or something and u got vultures jumping on him.
i hardly doubt it was a serious injury. even heard he wanted back in, coaches kept him out for precautionary reasons..
why not see if jyles can maybe come in and spark the team and he did abit.
buck will be fine and i think alot of ppl are over exagerating the sevarity of his injury.
if he was hurt bad.. he wouldnt have stayed on the sidelines.
I can honestly say, i have never seen a player go to sidelines hurt then be walked across the Ticat bench to go into the locker room, unless they were going to stop the game he wasn’t going to make it into the locker room. Sidelines are too narrow. Unless his leg was hanging by a thread he had to stay in the dug-out.
