“It’s not done,” said [Scott] Mitchell,

adding that there are still a handful
of candidates in the running.

"A lot of people seem to have
a lot of information that is wrong.

There are also people who haven’t been discussed
(in public forums) who are possibilities."

Although Mitchell said earlier in November
that he hoped to have a GM in place by Dec. 1,

he says there is no real deadline.

Maybe no deadline for him but team is on thin ice with a lot of fans[patience is running out]
Wait to long and there will be a smaller number of coachs to pick from .

This off-season will see a combination of the Domino Effect and musical chairs in action amongst CFL teams. Almost every team will be making changes in their front office and coaching staffs. We'll need programs to sort it all out. However, with so many teams in the hunt for quality personnel, I hope they don't wait until the best guys are all hired on elsewhere.

Personally, I would rather he take his time and make an effective and informed choice rather than opting for a quick fix candidate. Let's get it right this time.
