Tennessee Titans just suspended Adam Jones, who has had his fair share of brushes with the law since joining the NFL in 2005, for the entire season.
He's been arrested 10 times as of March of this year, which means he has more arrests than interceptions.
So, what about recruiting him? I think he would be an asset to our D.
Also, I think that we could use his off the field charisma for charity events and such. A community relations dream!
Clearly, I don't believe we should go after him. 
I think the CFL implemented a "Ricky Williams rule" after the season was over so that no player who was suspended by the NFL was allowed to play here.
