Sorry to all of you great CFL fans in Ottawa.
I can't imagine what you guys are going through. Those of you who have posted on this site over the years have proven that you are as passionate as any other fans. This is an absolute travesty what has gone on here.
We're going to miss you guys.

Hopefully the Ottawa football fans will continue to enjoy the CFL, and will continue to participate in our discussions. I'm not sure if I would if I were in their position, but I think they have a lot to contribute.
And the Renegades are not dead. They will return.
.....of course Gleiberman will still hold the Renegades name and logo, like Horn Chen holds the Rough Rider title.......so the new Ottawa team will be called the Zombies........returned from the dead, yet again.....
Nope. Glieberman never owned the name or the logo. The Ottawa franchise is the only one whose name, logo, etc. are the property of the CFL, not the club itself.
To paraphrase an old adage: burn me once, shame on you, burn me twice, shame on me.
No team in the nation's capital this year !!! , This is very very sad , but hopefully they will be back soon
very sad indeed.... doesn't speak well for the league. Not good for promotign the game or the league, or for future prospects for sponsorships and advertising....
