At least Hunt knows how to talk to the media. Not only has he made his group look better by saying they haven’t asked for any money yet, but he’s made those politicians look silly for jumping to conclusions before they have any information.

Interesting that Ottawa politicians suggest building the stadium elsewhere...for years, they have been wanting to sell the area to developers for lucrative housing...and who knows what for themselves personally. Jeff will make this work and do it by making the small-minded, small-town Ottawa politicians look like the idiots they are...
Without someone local like Jeff Hunt, there wouldn't be any talk of football back in Ottawa.
