Seemingly the future of football is here, with woman taking roles as coaches is a wonderful transition but sadly enough we need more woman taking lead roles where men have been on CFL teams. Not only are these woman capable but bring a different perspective to the game and the way things are done. Hey why not, I would love to see the riders finally break protocol and hire a woman coach full time. This would not only show that the riders are serious about diversity but in making headlines on the future for the CFL teams. A local girl like Amanda would bring such a background of knowledge to this team. She was basically born and raised as a Rider....bring it on....
