Offence Equal in CFL and NFL

It’s sad to admit that a lot of NFL games have been better than the CFL games this year. The CFL needs to seriously look at how to improve the on-field product going forward.

Don’t know what the answer is, but my first guess would be the players are not as good. Where’s the talent this year? seems just not enough good players. Picking the top player in the CFL is going to be difficult.
They have to increase the number of imports and reduce Canadians - no question about that and I think that will happen next year.
Holding penalties?? are the refs calling too many? are the refs ruining our CFL?

My CFL isn't being ruined at all. Guess it depends on one's perspective and tons of great plays this year. Again just my perspective. Sure scoring is down but my CFL includes at least half the players Canadian, I love to see how players are drafted and utilized. Love watching the battle for field position in the CFL even if the game isn't as high scoring. Penalties are penalties, players and coaches will have to learn to adjust game in game out, season in season out. The NHL players have with the clutching and grabbing after a lot of penalties were called when they cracked down on this. The same will happen with the CFL.

Now if the CFL does increase the no. of imports then the league may as well go to more American rules to reduce the learning transition involved to the Canadian game. At any rate, I realize that the ratio will always be a hot topic of discussion for CFL fans and that is fair enough, lots of varying perspectives on this.
