as a team i would say there is no window to take as a coach/gm to get out of my contract.

It use to be that this window was for “upward mobility”. It has progressively turned into any sorr a… excuse you can come up with. League should do two things. Create a standard contract like they do with players where all teams are competing on equal basis, define all those things like windows and such. They also need to create a pension plan for their coaches. I think that would be fair to them, the teams and the fans.
