No sophomore jinx this year

Sometimes Rookie of the Year award winners fail to live up to their initial promise. But last year's winner and runner-up, Chris Williams and J.C. Sherritt, are absolutely tearing up the league this year. Both would have to be considered early favourites to be up for annual awards again this year.

We all know what Williams has done. Here's a story about Sherritt's season. He's actually on a pace to record 149 tackles this year, which is almost as mind-numbing as Williams' pace of ~11 special teams TDs.

I wanted to see if there's ever been two Rookie of the Year finalists who went on to dominate to such an extent in their second years. Unfortunately I can't find a list that shows the runners-up -- only the winners.
