So I was bitching a month ago about how there was no information about the East-West Bowl. They finally announced it would be the 2nd Saturday in May.
But I can’t see if it’s being broadcast. And it’s frustrating to create job/travel arrangements under a month’s notice.
And why doesn’t TSN broadcast it on 1 of 5 feeds?
Although my ultimate motive is to create a premier-league of 9 teams with annual delegation and promotion… but whatever.
It’s a Canadian event. And if TSN doesn’t stand up, maybe the CBC will.

It’s my understanding that TSN doesn’t have the broadcast rights to U-Sports Canadian Football.
I don’t think relegation/promotion will happen because the teams in the east have a sweet deal on travel right now and they don’t want it to change.
CBC owns the right to USports National Championships … but that is all … and as the national public broadcaster, CBC is about the last hope for any USports coverage … I doubt there is enough viewership potential to interest anyone else.
