I for one didn’t expect the volatility of this pool. I think it has become more difficult to pick since the bye weeks started. Many weeks the slate of games leaves a lot to be desired and there have been a lot of upsets as well.

Indeed the associated emotions have been a bit much in our pool this season.

Some of us have gravitated often to and from that feeling, followed by a toothy grin, of when you hit a jackpot at the slots and a hardened, painful wince upon the ghastly sight of craptastic upon random entrance into a public toilet.

Behold the unexplained.

...hat some of the leaders didn’t have the best week and although I never like to see anyone do poorly, I am willing to make an exception for those ahead of me in the standings.I for one didn’t expect the volatility of this pool. It's hard to remember a year with as many tight lead changes in games as this year.

Not usual to see the lead change hands 4,5, 6 times in a half like we are seeing.
