As is often the case the schedule made it hard to get 6 decent games this week, but I think I managed. They are all bunched together on Sunday.

I didn’t select them because they are playing in Buffalo on Monday night and I think everyone will pick Buffalo. Now watch them win. We try to spread out the teams and all will be given at least one game (waiting for a Carolina intra squad game). Normally I wouldn’t pick 3 teams in a row but I don’t make the schedule so sometimes that could occur if the schedule dictates.
I also didn’t take Miami for the third week in a row even though they are tied with Dallas for the closest line at -1. I don’t buy that line. They are playing in a difficult stadium (Seattle) and will be without Tua. If I was a betting man I would take Seattle all day. The oddsmakers have that one wrong I think.
What have I learned so far? It’s not just CFL teams that are hard to figure out this season.

As tough as were prior slates, this one is the toughest one in my opinion. No, I don’t think that is the case for each of the games, but I am thinking in aggregate.
At least this tough slate does not have any night games this week.

I’m likely not to watch a single NFL game this week. I’m cleaning the apartment and packing for a trip down south to the big ole city of Toronto where I plan on spending the weekend in various states of intoxication

This sounds like a great time. I’m hoping we get to hear about the food and liquor menus too then. And maybe you’ll stop for Wendy’s or donairs on the road.
A shawarma truck just opened up where I go to the grocery store. I don’t know, I’ll have to ask around before trying it, but they are sprouting up all over here and they seem to draw steady business.
This trip to Toronto also sounds like more fun than that play you told us about followed by drinks and parlour dancing with parents.

They are being worked on and fine tuned as I mentioned would be the case for the first few weeks.
@BomberJunkie developed a program for this pool and both Mahal and I have practiced with it in order to become familiar with it. He indicated he would be posting the standings soon, perhaps today but probably by tomorrow. Once all is tested and in order I expect the standings will consistently be posted within a day of the last game.
Personally I have no problem waiting another week or two for the standings in the hope that I do better and that my start for the first two weeks is hidden from public viewing in the shuffle.
