"After a largely unsuccessful one-year experiment, replay review of pass interference will not return to the NFL in 2020."
And many will cheer ... until another ridiculous play where a blatant instance of interference should have been called, or interference was called when none was close to occurring, and it makes the difference in a game ... made worse the closer to the playoffs/Super Bowl it happens.
Needs to be taken out of the coaches hands ... allow the on-field officials to request review or the "command centre" to stop play and conduct a review ... but NEVER more than 45 seconds.
Good! I hope they follow suit in the CFL, it just slows the game down. I also would like to see the refs be more lenient in calling pass interference. Let the players fight it out going for the ball.
Far too many penalties in the CFL.
If you are a defender and you grab the shirt of a receiver that has beaten you, yes throw the flag.
