For those who are interested in today’s less than remarkable slate of games.
New England and Indianapolis starts in about 30 minutes in fabulous Frankfurt. It’s worth a 5 minute peek to see the stadium and crowd and how much they get into it, even if the game is meh.
No kidding, especially compared to Chiefs/Dolphins last week. Still, I think a lot of people over there like New England because of their success and the Colts because of Peyton. Stinker of a game though. But what a fan base and they’re always pumped!
Yup. Where do the Pats go from here? Jones should be much better than he has been.
Having guys like Stroud out there slinging it as rookies makes Jones performance look even worse.
They aren’t looking very good so far and neither is my pick. Rourke isn’t dressed though, at least so far as I have heard and I think Fargone at least would have mentioned it if he was.
Watching Jags/49’ers at the moment. My other choices are Viqueens/Saints and Ravens/Browns. Will switch as necessary depending on the closeness of the games.
Boy does Jacksonville suck today. Every time I come into the room they are turning the ball over. I read a few articles this week predicting they would be the #1 seed in the AFC.
The Steelers/Packers was my 7th choice. The way the Bengals were playing I didn’t consider that game.
Just checked and Bengals down by 10. What? Even if they were picked everyone would have got it wrong which doesn’t move the needle.
I also see that the browns have crawled to within 7 of the Ravens at the end of the 3rd quarter. That I expected a little more. Time to switch to that game.
