A cause of death was not immediately available. According to Greenwood County Coroner Jim Coursey, Adams appeared to be in perfect health at the time of death.
I’m a Bears fan. This is very sad news away from the field because the guy was only 26.It just does’nt seem right.
If one pulls oneself away from the human side of the issue, this really hurts the Bears. Not because Adams was a great player, because frankly,he was’nt that good.Chicago gave up a 1st round pick for him to Tampa Bay.So The Bears lose a 1st round pick after a poor season and they lose the player in unfortunate circumstances.Keep in mind, they gave up another 1st rounder to Denver for Jay Cutler!!!This devastating personel loss for the team, which is obviuosly outweighed by the personal tragedy.
Yes, unfortunately we've seen this before too many times. There probably isn't going to be any real answer as to the cause of the enlarged heart, but I don't think it really matters at this point. It is so sad and such a waste. The pressure on these kids is often more than they can handle.
that's sad; i wonder if he had any prior indication of his condition. I'm not an M.D.- i wonder if their is anything they can do 2 help combat an enlarged heart? Or is it just a case of all of us having an expirey date..
