Will you be going to the game by chance? My chance here in Philadelphia might not come until next season, but my eyes are open and anyway, playing in Southern California since at least 2017 has been a de facto home game.

Am I good or no?

Thank you to all who have made their picks and who have made them on time.

The rest of you galoots have been warned already.

At this sluggish rate on the LATE SLATE,
it looks like we might have a few missing out this week,
and you know what that means,
we will have some new no-good galoots!

You might be the last one making picks like usual, and thank you for being a good galoot again Tony.

As our picks are the very same this week along with a few others I do believe, I do have to wish you good luck as well.

Like last week for the misses for many of us / wins for the others, I have to wonder just how many games will be decided by one score or less, which is the norm and not the exception in many weeks of our pool.

Greater inconsistency of the field goal kicking, and it’s not been the weather though it will be now for some of the outdoor games, is at hand like it was on Sunday night by the Bengals in missing two late attempts.

I think the high percentage of kicks made from 47 yards or more out is well on the decline now, not that we won’t see some kicker in almost every week nail a field goal from 55 yards or more out, which in the last decade or so was only something only a few kickers could do better at 50% or better in the NFL with some still landing the kick short.
