MONTREAL — The season might not have ended the way Matthew Shiltz and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats envisioned, but the pivot is still proud of the way his team battled adversity all year.
When your star receiver fails to catch a pass in an all-important semi-final game it clearly indicates that the Cats are in deep trouble. The entire football organization should be scrubbed and thoroughly examined to create a better team and strategy for next season.
If a top-notch CFL GM like Kyle Walters was still available by the time your Cats actually got around to ‘scrubbing’ their entire football organization I’d say go for it. Otherwise you might be looking at another three years of painful mediocrity.
